Training takes place at the KGV on Wednesday nights between 18:30-20:00. Anyone turning up early is encouraged to perform some kind of individual skills training until the commencement of training. As we only train once per week it is of paramount importance that all players are focussed during training. If you cannot make training please make every attempt to contact one of the coaches so they are aware.

Members of the match-day 22 are asked not to drink the night before a match. Players who violate this rule and turn up drunk will be dropped for that match.
